8 years ago today, I packed up my faithful canine companion, Shilo, and my hellacious cat, Stinkie, and moved to St. Croix!
Hard to believe it's been 8 fabulously fun-filled years since I quit my job, sold/gaveaway my stuff, and moved to this big ol' rock in the Caribbean ... HOLY COW!
Time to dig up a bunch of pictures and post them ... after breakfast

Congrats! I currenly live outside of Atlanta, GA and I want to do what you did. Quit my job, sell my things, and move to St. Croix. I see that your industry is Accounting. The first I have seen. Most people I read about are artist or in the hospitality industry. (or retired) I have been an Accountant for a little over 15 years and wondering just how long it will take me to be able to find employment when I arrive on island. I have friends there that I will live with when I arrive. It will be me and my three year old son.
